Do I need an account to place and order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We aim to post our products within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Postage times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Standard delivery within Australia is usually from 2 to 7 working days. Express delivery within Australia is 1 to 2 days.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders above $100!
Standard postage is $10.99 AUD including GST. This includes handling, packaging and tracking.
Express postage is $15.99 AUD including GST. This includes handling, packaging and tracking.
