Yes, we do offer installment plans for eligible products above a certain price threshold. Please visit our financing page or consult with our in-store representatives to learn more about terms and conditions.
Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We have a 30-day return policy for items in the original packaging. If you've opened the product but found it defective or not to your satisfaction, you can bring it back within 14 days for an exchange.
Do you provide technical support or assistance for setting up purchased electronics?
Yes, we have a dedicated technical support team available both online and in-store. They can assist you with setup, troubleshooting, and any technical questions you might have about your purchase.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We aim to post our products within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Postage times vary depending on where you are ordering from. Standard delivery within Australia is usually from 2 to 7 working days. Express delivery within Australia is 1 to 2 days.
