FORM Smart Swim 2 LT Goggles

Dive into smarter training with the FORM Smart Swim 2 LT — the most accessible entry into the FORM Swim System, built for swimmers who want real-time guidance without the complexity. Delivering the same patented in-goggle display FORM is known for, the LT keeps your key metrics in sight while you swim, so you never have to stop to check your progress. As your training evolves, the LT grows with you - unlock guided workouts, coaching, and advanced features through the broader FORM Swim System.

In-Goggle Augmented Reality Display
See time, distance, and pace projected directly in your line of sight as you swim, no stopping, no guessing, just uninterrupted focus on every stroke.

Automatic Stroke Detection
Powered by FORM's machine learning algorithms, the Smart Swim 2 LT automatically detects stroke type, counts laps, parses intervals, and calculates distance across pool lane lengths from 5m to 100m, as well as open water.

Customisable Display & Post-Swim Review
Choose exactly what metrics appear during your swim to match your goals, then sync to the FORM app after to review your progress over time.
